Shipping Rates
Swatches + Cut Metres
Standard shipping rates based on weight:

Rolls
Shipping prices for full rolls fluctuate based on size, weight, and destination.
You will receive an invoice with the final shipping cost within 3-5 business days after placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the seller's processing time. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Inspect Your Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to examine all deliveries upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, you must notify the seller and Circular Sourcing within 10 days of delivery.
Claims made after 10 days will not be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
Circular Sourcing and our sellers are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for someone to receive the package if you are not available.
If you believe your package was lost in transit (before delivery), please contact the seller immediately so we can investigate with the courier service.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
