Returns NOT Allowed For
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- ✕Change of mind - You no longer want the item or changed your project plans.
- ✕Found a better price - You found the same material cheaper elsewhere.
- ✕Personal preference - You simply didn't like the colour, texture, or feel after receiving it.
Important: We recommend ordering swatches before purchasing larger quantities to ensure the material meets your expectations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Unused and Uncut
The material must be in its original, unused condition. Fabric cannot be cut, washed, or altered in any way.
Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any labels, tags, or protective wrapping.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Within 15 Days
The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to process your return:

Reach out to the seller through your Circular Sourcing account or via the contact details provided in your order confirmation. Explain the reason for your return and provide photos if the item is damaged or inaccurately described.
Seller Agreement
The seller will review your request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, they will provide return instructions.
Return the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it using the method specified by the seller. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or inaccurately described.
Inspection
Once the seller receives the returned item, they will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
Refund Processed
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
